• Participate in a comprehensive training and development program covering business, technical, and operational functions.
• Support departmental activities and assist in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with team leads and managers to achieve departmental goals.
• Understand process workflows and contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit ownership, accountability, and a proactive learning attitude across business areas.
